The novices were taught indoors, and the more experienced riders went outside, among the midges!

Indoors, the "novices" did lots of exercises, and practised their rising trots.

The "experienced" riders - were testament to the progress members have made since last year's lessons. Half of them had been with the "novices" at that time.
