I apologise for being so late with this, but at long last, here are the main decisions made at the AGM.
They are now, Kate (Chair), Gill (Treasurer), Jean (Secretary), Kelly (Training), Nicky (Safety) Fenella (Member 6), and Melissa (Junior)
...have remained unchanged for some years, so with the prospect of increased affiliation fees, we decided to increase the subscription fee for the first family member to £15, and for additional family members to £5.
Affiliation
Paying for our own club insurance would only be slightly cheaper than continuing with out affiliation. Those present felt that our quarterly "Rider" magazine, from BRC, made it worth maintaining the status quo.
Activities for 2010
This year, we're not going to waste the summer holidays because of members' holiday plans. If your holiday clashes with a Saddle Club activity, I'm afraid you'll just have to miss it.

| Fun Day / Dressage | This had to be abandoned in 2009 as the weather beat us. We decided to make it the first activity of 2010, during the Easter Holidays (weather permitting!) One advantage was that the young contestants (and the older ones) could have all winter to perfect their dressage tests! |

Saddle Club DVD
The will be a 2009 DVD will be available as soon as someone orders one. There'll be video and photos from all the year's activties, and every member is bound to be on it somewhere!
These cost £5, £70% of which goes into Saddle Club funds.
